Digital Products (Courses and Training Programs)
Since our primary offerings are digital—such as AWS training courses, certification preparation, and online resources—the following terms apply:
- Cancellation Before Access
- If you cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of purchase and have not accessed the course materials or platform, you are eligible for a full refund.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at cloud@idigisys.com with your order details.
- Cancellation After Access
- Once you’ve accessed the course materials (e.g., logged into the platform, viewed videos, or downloaded resources), cancellations and refunds are not permitted, as the digital content becomes immediately available for use.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be issued only if:
- The course was purchased but not accessed within 24 hours, and a cancellation request is submitted.
- A technical error on our end prevents access to the course, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 48 hours).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued only if:
- Non-Refundable Items
- Discounts, promotional offers (e.g., 50% off for the first 50 students), and bundled packages are non-refundable once activated or accessed.
- Fees for completed certification exams or third-party services are non-refundable.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
In cases where physical items (e.g., printed materials, certificates, or merchandise) are included with your purchase, the following applies:
- Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the item has shipped. Please email us at cloud@idigisys.com with your order number to initiate the process.
- Cancellation After Shipment
- Once the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may return the item (see Return Policy below).
- Return Policy
- Physical items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item at our facility.
Special Circumstances
- Course Cancellations by Idigisys: If we cancel a course or training session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor availability or technical issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.
- Promotional Offers: Special offers, such as the “50% off for the first 50 students,” are subject to availability and cannot be refunded once claimed.

- For physical items, include photos of the product (if applicable) and tracking details for returns.

- Non-Transferable: Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another individual or course.
